What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our cloud development team. Your primary role will be to ensure a great client experience by coordinating incoming requests with our engineers and managing client relationships. You will work closely with the engineering team and lead various project management activities. You take ownership of your work, are a great communicator, and thrive in environments with changing requirements.

Our team includes network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers. You will have the opportunity to work experts with significant real-world experience and to work on high-impact projects. We also provide many opportunities for growth and will cover costs of relevant education and certification.

This is a fully remote position.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud architecture, and deployment methodologies.
  • Proven track record in managing technical projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Capacity to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and user guides.
  • Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction.
  • Desired minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical role, with 2+ years in a client-facing or project management capacity.
  • Must be a US Citizen based in the US and available to work on Eastern Time

 

Great to Have:

  • AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications
  • Experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and SQL

This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package and a quarterly performance bonus. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
