Cloud Architecture relevant experience: 3+ years’ experience

Requirements:
• Expertise with architecting solutions on at least one cloud provider of AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Architect OR AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Hands on experience on Linux, networking and storage administration.
• Expertise on networking and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud concepts: Infrastructure as a Service, Serverless Architecture, Container Architecture, Platform as a Service, Storage, Infrastructure as Code, and Identity and Access Management
• Strong problem-solving characteristics with the ability to think out of the box and understand how to interpret market needs and translate them into requirements that can be used to inform technical designs
• Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members
• Understanding and experience with Observability stacks - Cloud Native, Open telemetry, open tracing: Grafana, Prometheus
• Should have excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience in DevOps, SRE and/or designing and implementing CI/CD and Docker, Kubernetes and applications using Python, NodeJs, and Terraform-based technologies
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies including cloud-based APIs and protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON)
• Understanding of SOA or microservices frameworks.
• Experience with on-prem/cloud to cloud migration
• Proactively identify and remediate security and operational risks in cloud implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Cloud Architect will be a hands-on person helping our clients build solutions on public clouds such as GCP, AWS and Azure. The architect will be required to design, build and help maintain cloud-based solutions. The architect will help create processes in place for maintenance and optimization of client environments.

The architect will also have to participate in pre-sales calls with the sales team.
